Really shocked and saddened by the latest service received. I’ve ordered from here on a number of occasions… my order was not delivered by the time advised, on calling to chase up my order I was advised after already waiting over an hour my order was just about to be cooked, no apology and the person who answered was very flippant and not even interested. whilst it arrived hot, my daughter and I had gone past hungry due to the length of time taken to be delivered, shame as I was going to be purchasing vouchers for Christmas gifts, defo gonna rethink this idea and purchase for another service more interested in their customers and the service they receive. Very disappointed and won’t be rushing to use anytime soon
